4. AI Models

Our platform allows you to discover, deploy, and use various AI models. When using these models, you agree to:

• Comply with all applicable laws regarding AI usage
• Respect the intellectual property rights of each model
• Use the models only as permitted by their respective licenses
• Not use models for generating illegal or harmful content
• Not attempt to extract or reverse engineer the models

When deploying your own models on our platform, you retain ownership of your models but grant LumozAI certain rights as outlined in the Intellectual Property section.

5. Intellectual Property

The platform is owned by LumozAI and is protected by intellectual property laws.

Your Content: You retain all rights to any content you upload, create, or share. By uploading content, you grant LumozAI a license to use, reproduce, and display such content solely for providing and improving our services.

AI Models: For models you deploy on our platform:

• You retain ownership of your models
• You grant LumozAI a limited license to host and display your models
• For public models, you grant other users the right to use your model
• You represent that you have all necessary rights to deploy the model

6. Privacy and Data

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

In providing our services, we may process data you provide or that is generated through your use of AI models. You represent that you have the right to provide such data and that you have obtained any necessary consents for its processing.

7. Payment Terms

LumozAI operates on a pay-per-usage model. Users can load balance to their accounts to use our services.

• We use Stripe as our payment gateway
• All fees are exclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise
• Balance loaded to your account is non-refundable
• We may change our fees at any time, but will provide notice before changes take effect
• Usage is deducted from your balance based on the resources consumed

Failure to maintain sufficient balance may result in the suspension of services until additional funds are added.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LumozAI shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses
• Damages relating to your use of the platform
• Any actions or content of third parties, including AI models
• Any outputs or decisions made using AI models on our platform

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to LumozAI during the twelve months preceding any claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our platform at any time for any reason. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination:

• Your right to access and use the platform will cease
• Any remaining balance on your account will not be refunded
• Your models and data may be removed from public access

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes through the platform or by email. Your continued use of the platform after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
