1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to LumozAI. By creating an account, sending API requests, or using our generative interfaces (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any portion of these terms, do not access or utilize the Service.
2. Account Registration
To access API keys and model inference quotas, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate information and maintain the confidentiality of your secret API tokens. You are solely responsible for activities performed under your credentials.
You must be at least 18 years of age to register. If acting on behalf of a corporate entity, you represent and warrant that you hold legal authority to bind that entity.
3. Acceptable Platform Usage
LumozAI grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the platform. You agree NOT to:
- Use inference endpoints to generate CSAM, non-consensual sexual imagery, hate speech, or weapons manufacturing guides.
- Circumvent or attempt to tamper with rate limits, concurrency controls, or credit billing systems.
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of LumozAI GPU clusters or edge reverse proxies.
- Resell raw API access as an unauthorized proxy under false representations.
4. AI Models & Outputs
When executing inference or deploying custom weights on our infrastructure, you agree to respect the upstream open-source or proprietary license accompanying each model (e.g., CreativeML OpenRAIL-M, Apache 2.0, or proprietary commercial licenses).
For custom LoRA weights and checkpoints you deploy, you retain full ownership and represent that you have all necessary rights to distribute such weights.
5. Intellectual Property & Commercial Rights
Your Outputs: Subject to upstream model licenses, you own all rights, title, and interest in generated images, audio, and video produced through your funded account balance.
Platform IP: The LumozAI trademarks, logos, design architecture, and proprietary orchestration software remain the exclusive property of LumozAI and its licensors.
6. Privacy and Data Security
Our handling of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. We do not inspect or train foundation models on private customer prompts without explicit written agreement.
7. Payment Terms & Account Balance
LumozAI is a pay-as-you-go service. There are no subscriptions, no recurring charges, and no commitments. You add funds to your account balance and are charged per model run.
- All stated prices are exclusive of statutory sales tax or VAT where applicable.
- Balance is deducted only for successful generations; failed runs are returned to your balance automatically.
- Balance credits are non-refundable once loaded, and remain valid for 1 year from each reload date (see our full Refund Policy for details and the 14-day unused reload grace window).
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LumozAI shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from generative model hallucinations, upstream GPU downtime, or business interruption.
Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to LumozAI during the 12 months preceding the event.
9. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach acceptable use policies or engage in abusive traffic patterns. You may terminate your account at any time via the dashboard.
10. Modifications to Terms
We may amend these Terms periodically. Substantive adjustments will be communicated via notification banner or email. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
