Model Inputs & Outputs
Prompts and generated media are temporarily cached to serve outputs back to your client. We do not harvest or train foundation models on private customer prompts or generation outputs without explicit written authorization.

- Delivering AI Inference: Dispatching API requests to serverless GPU nodes.
- Billing & Account Maintenance: Processing balance top-ups and usage charges.

All traffic between clients and LumozAI edge gateways is encrypted using TLS 1.3. API keys and passwords are hashed using industry-standard cryptographic primitives. Our team conducts regular vulnerability audits across our infrastructure.

Account data is retained for the lifetime of your active profile. Temporary generation buffers on worker disks are purged periodically. You can request full data deletion at any time by contacting our support team.
